I had the weirdest dream last night/this morning…and not weird as in strange things happened. Weird as in when I woke up, I was actually confused because the dream itself felt so real.
The dream started out with me on the computer looking through Facebook and I found someone in my Facebook friends list that I didn’t recognize at first. So I racked my brain and realized it was a friend of a girl I used to know that I also friended because we hung out a bunch. And then I looked up the other girl and realized I used to have a crush on her and there was a time period where we were kind of on-again/off-again until she broke up with me.
Neither of these girls actually exist.
But man, it felt so real. As I was dreaming, I honestly thought to myself “I have to make a blog post about these girls because I can’t forget important people like this.”
Then the dream took a turn for the actually weird, with random shit happening that was obviously dream related (now that I’m awake) but the ongoing effect of realness was still over me. Usually when things get really wacky in a dream I usually realize I’m in a dream, but this time it seriously felt like all the weird stuff was real.
What I think happened was I was remembering bits and pieces of a previous dream I had. Remnants of an old dream surfacing and recreating itself, because I also felt like I was repeating/remembering more things that had happened already.
Anyway, after I woke up, I was so confused and the dream had felt so real, the first thing I did was I went to Facebook and checked to make sure I never knew said people, and also Googled a few other things from my dream (like a TV show that doesn’t actually exist) to make sure they weren’t real either.
Very surreal.
